one-on-one training is the perfect way to have your session catered completely to you and your body's needs! Freedom to have requests for your workout on the equipment of your choice without any distractions!

Semi-Private, 1 hour

semi-privates have two participants, this is a wonderful opportunity to share your session with someone while still receiving individualized attention. Reformers, chairs and towers can all be used during your semi private!

*please note that online booking is not available for semi-privates and must be booked directly through me!

Virtual, 45 minutes

$75

enjoy your private session from home

now offering the option of one-on-one sessions virtually! Mat Pilates is challenging, accessible and a wonderful option for those who like to feel the burn from the comfort of your home.

If you have a reformer, tower or chair at home I can also offer a virtual equipment session.

Cancellation Policy:

-cancellations with more than 24 hour notice, no fee

-cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice are subject to a fee of 50% session cost

-no shows are subject to a fee of 100% session cost

Payments:

-payments are required on day of session, I can take cash, credit or debit.

-payments for virtual sessions are required prior to session.

-if you would like to pay for more than one session at a time, this is no problem...a credit will be added to your account!

Additional Studio Info:

-intake form and waiver to be completed by every client prior to session

-socks required in studio, preferably grip socks

-parking spot available on site, marked with a sign
